Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging (including any boxes, pouches, and inserts)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or customized.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time we process your return.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at edenprojectstudios@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that natural wear, tarnishing, or fading over time is not considered a manufacturing defect. To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend avoiding water, perfume, and lotions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
